I've read every installment of Ms.
Taylor-Perry's The Raiford Chronicles. I didn't think the writing could get any
better or a story line could get any deeper. Yet, King Satin's Realm is
outstanding! It's a story that offers hope, even in your darkest hour. The hero
is far from perfect, but he's a man for all to emulate. The feelings of family
and friendship among the characters are something to hold on to and know that
even when things are bad, faith and endurance make a person strong. The
characters themselves leap off the page to become real to the reader. King
Satin's Realm is a masterpiece, a must read. I can hardly wait for the sequel.

I've been privileged to read most of Ms.
Taylor-Perry's work, both published and yet to be published. She says King
Satin's Realm is the first novel she penned. One could only wish to be this
good from the start. In my humble opinion, it is the best piece she's written.
Authentic language, dialect, historical facts join to make this a fantasy
unlike any I've ever encountered. Draconis is a place I would love to visit.
And if you love dragons—meet an ensemble of reptilian characters that you root
