I had the honor to read this book in its infancy and many times after as it was edited and revised. It only got better and better and better.

Mortal Foe is a masterpiece for a debut novel. Roppelt has an insight into the history of Cleveland that that brings this story to life. This is an adventure into faith, the human psyche, and the supernatural that must be experienced first-hand.  Readers will walk away wondering, "What if?" Shadows, dreams, unexplained odors will take on a new meaning. Buckle up, grab your crucifix, and stay in the light as you read. I cannot wait for a sequel to this awesome novel.
